Can't find any on the shelfs. Plenty of Maccioto (can't spell) but do not like it. Have u stopped making the latte. It was almost as good as a fresh Starbucks. I bragged about this product to co workers and friends. Even bought it for them. We enjoyed a cup everyday at work. And we're very disappointed when I was not able to find it anywhere. I am retired now and have more time (but less money of course) to try to find it but with no luck. It was costly but so is Starbucks. My husband uses your coffee pot many times daily. I called Gevalia, spoke to a customer service rep in Fla, about a hole in the lid of a few Cappuccino kcups. I was told that she couldn't do anything because i purchased them from Amazon n contact them. I never heard of such a thing. She wouldn,t give me the telephone number of the corporate office. She also said she had no idea where they were working from. i have dealt with another company on a different issue and they were very professional and courteous. Purchased a box of your 16 K-Cups about 2 weeks ago. When I started to use them the coffee was not coming thru, so hardly any in cup. Tried again and same thing happened. I know its not my Keurig coffee pot because other k-cups work just fine. I also have a box of your decafe k cups and they work fine. As a 15 year barista, I opened a k-cup and I think the coffee has been ground to fine in these, therefore water does not flow thru.Knowing the store I purchased them at probably won't take back, I wondered if you could send me a coupon or a... I used to love Gevalia and did not mind the fact that I was paying about $15 per pound or more as it was excellent coffee. They used to have some really good specials a few times a year and I would stock up then. The really good thing was you could change your delivery day any time [even if you had already not taken an order in 26 weeks]. Several years ago before Thanksgiving I ordered a gift of coffee for my mom. I did this so it would be delivered before Christmas. Thanksgiving came and went, so I contacted Gevalia and they told me that the coffee was shipped. A week later, still no coffee, so I tried to contact Gevalia again. I could not reach anyone and when I did, they at first told me it shipped, but they could not tell me what shipping company they used even after I offered up several names from US mail to Pony Express. I some how managed to loose the coffee filter holder and needed a new one. I did not see a way to order a new one on the Gevalia web site, so I decided to phone their customer service number. After a while on hold, I put it on speaker phone and went about my business. At 75 minutes on hold I write this complaint. Now I will hang up as I have calls to make. They are "playing with us". There can really be no customer service at Gevalia. Any ideas how I can get a new filter holder through Gevalia? Read more

Well, it's finally happened, Gevalia. After 25 years, we are parting company. Why? Because you've been untrue to me...twice. You've been both unfaithful and ungrateful. First, you told me out of the blue that you were going to discontinue my coffee (Traditional whole bean). No explanation. Just gone. Then, a few weeks later, you changed your mind. My coffee was back with no word of explanation. Now my coffee is "on backorder"...again. Gevalia customer "service" blamed the first backorder episode on new, super duper packaging. Really? Hmmm. We have been receiving Gevalia coffee for almost 20 years. We never had a problem with orders until Gevalia started selling in grocery stores. And now the coffee we enjoy is always on a back order! How can this be? I would not recommend Gevalia to anyone at this point. They have great coffee but it is just not worth the wait anymore. Gevalia has lost a loyal customer today. As soon as I post this I will be going to Gevalia to cancel my account. I hope others do the same as it is apparent that Gevalia does not care about long time customers. Read more

I have been a loyal Gevalia customer for many, many years. For the past 4 months - every autoship order has been backordered. I couldn't even get coffee in November or December. In March - my orders are still undeliverable. I was told that the reason for this was that they changed packaging. So - this company has no plan in place so that they don't screw over their most loyal customers for over 4 months while they change their packaging? I bought the 9 pack Gevalia Cappuccino at Walmart for my Keurig. This comes with 9 packets of cappuccino froth and 9 cappuccino k cups. Well guess what, I got 8 froth packets. At about $1 a pop this is important. Bottom line there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM when you have a problem at the grocery store. I really like the product, but now am questioning the company. I think I will just go back to Walmart and ask for my money back. We will see how that works out going in with an empty box and a receipt:) Read more
