The complaint is the last 8 cappuccino pods have exploded and have made the cappuccino undrinkable. I had an entire box of 6 purchased from Kroger and 2 pods purchased in box from Target.

Why is this happening?

I have been purchasing these since first available and never has a problem until recently. My neighbor mentioned the same problem.

The loss of the drinkable cappuccinos amounts to about $22.00. Thats really not the point because what I want is a replacement with pods that work correctly and you to correct the exploding Pods.

I would appreciate hearing shortly how this will be fixed,

I have bought and been very happy with the gevalia frothy cappuccino k-cups but this last package had 2 cups that broke and filled my cup with grounds. I have had this happen before but never 2 cups in the same package. At over $1.16 a cup that gets costly. I have pictures but no way to attach them to this message. The bar code shows 045003****500 and 430** ***** *.

Ordered a dozen bags "in stock" on Dec. 18th. After a month never shipped. All they offer is to cancel the order. Pointless to deal with them directly- the guy admitted they were always totally understaffed to the point where they couldn't even get one box out the door in a month. Took 3 calls (nearly an hour each) of them constantly reassuring me it would be shipped. After a month I was finally fed up.

Gevalia sold out and changed

I have used Gevalia for over 20 years. It only took 3 heaping spoonfuls to make a pot of delicious coffee. Then they sold out to a big corporation and it was changed. It was not the flavorful coffee that I was used to. It tasted almost burnt. Now it takes a half cup of grounds to make the same strength, as if there is filler added? I realized I was throwing a half of my cup of coffee down the drain. I am switching to a different brand.

We have really enjoyed Gevalia Signature Blend coffee, until the last few orders. The coffee grounds come pouring out into the brewed coffee,making it full of grounds and muddy.

In choosing the location, there were only a few options. We order our Gevalia online by the box.

We started having this issue about two months ago, and even replaced our Keurig, thinking that was the problem. I don't know if the coffee itself is finer ground, making it go through to the cup, or if the plastic bottom of the pod is thinner, but it turns out gross, and has to be filtered to be able to drink it.

Preferred solution: Correction of the problem, an explanation of what happened, and communication with me to let me know it has been corrected. We buy boxes of this through Amazon, but will stop until this is corrected.

I just bought a 20oz bag of House Blend and when I got home I thought the bag was lighter then it should be. So I weighed the coffee bag on a calibrated digital scale, and the 20oz NET bag was just over 14oz including the bag. I checked to make sure there were no holes or openings and the bag was sealed. WTF???!!

Some product missing in box I bought

Bought the Cappuccino Frothy. When we opened one package of the mice packages was missing. Tried sending email to Gevalia, came back no such email. Tried doing the same for Kerrigan. Came back no such email. Both of these came from the package. Its expensive coffee for just six so when one is missing not good.

Skepticism of other reviews

I don't understand why people are saying bad customer service for imported coffee. Coffee is unnecessary and Gevalia is imported, too. So I am waiting until Xmas to try my imported Gevalia coffee with an Italian coffee percolator and I will make another review then maybe. in the mean time, I am wondering what Smoky coffee tastes like. I never heard of Smoky coffee.

Inept customer service

An ongoing issue - credit card charged, without merchandise being shipped - has been in process for over a month. Service reps are polite, but unauthorized to do anything but lend a sympathetic ear. Account Specialists seem to be no better. I would most heartily recommend avoid placing any orders through the Gevalia website.
