I have ordered
coffee from Gevalia for over 15 years. They now have a
call center in the Phillipines instead of the USA! I tried to order
coffee online and finally gave up because I could not see where to place an order as an existing customer. When I finally called I spoke to a female
customer service rep from the Phillipines and she wasn't quite understanding my frustration and just kept telling me that she was sorry! Due to the language barrier, my last order was screwed up. If I didn't like the coffee so well, I would not continue my membership. Oh for the good old days when we could actually speak to an American!! 1299d0b
