After 3 phone calls and multiple emails, we are still receiving coffee from Gevalia that we do not want. They continue to charge our Credit Card and will not stop despire multiple efforts.Don't sign up, it is a trap! We have 3 accounts with them since we are a business with multiple locations. It is also worth noting that the "free coffee makers" lasted about 3 months before they stopped working. The coffee is generally good but many varieties are not. You get stuck with all of it. My wife started the "auto delivery" service with them 6 months ago. There is no way to cancel, I created an online account and it does not show the orders, so you cannot cancel. I am having flashbacks of the AOL days. We get hit for $35 every few months, no coffee. I am going to be forced to lie and tell my bank someone has hacked my account just to get this stopped.

Yes you can. Get an online access and update info or change your credit card number to all zeros. Change your phone number to 000-000-0000 and they can't contact you. Also change your address so they can't deliver. I did this years ago and they can't send.
