I have never had a problem with them as a matter of fact they told me to keep the coffee i was going to send back and refunded my card.I did not like the mugs that came with the pot they had sold out and me me stainless steel mugs without the rubber grip around it and i called them no problem at all;i was well pleased.I have order from them in the past also and i have always been happy that could change at any time but i hope not i really like them.very well pleased.
