I've had the coffee pot for approximately 1 year and since I'm not a heavy coffee drinker, I've only used it approximately 5 times and that was for company. I live by myself and I take good care of all my belongings, and tha last time I used it was approximately the 4th of July and it worked fine. After my company left,I just cleaned it up and unplugged it as I usually do. Two days ago when I tried to power it up to make coffee for a friend, It did nothing. There is nothing wrong with the electrical outlet because other appliances work when plugged in. How do I go about getting a replacement. I really lvoe the product. 1299f6a

I've been using Gevalia products for 20 years and have never had a problem with the coffee makers or the coffee. For years I never went to a store to buy a coffee maker!! only used the free ones. Maybe you should check out the plug, you might have bent it!
