A year ago I joined Gevalia coffee club. I recieved the coffee and a coffee maker and was charged for the order. I didn't care for the coffee, so I changed how and when I would get another shipment. "No shipments until further notice". Then I recieve a card in the mail saying they would send a holiday shipment unless I returned the card telling them I didn't want this shipment. I did this. One week later my credit card was charged 34.41. Four days later I recieved a shipment. I didn't open it". I just wrote on the box, "refused" on each side of the box and sent it back the same day/. I have talked to three different people at Gevalia and was assured that the charge would be taken off my credit card!. IT WAS NOT'. I have filed a complaint with the credit card co!. But the charge is still there.. Their garbage was sent back to them three weeks ago,. I'm sure they have recieved it back by now:. WHERE IS MY CREDIT? 129a0ae

The only way you can stop Gevalla from sending you coffee after you have stopped your order is go to your bank and stop them from use of your card this is the only way I could stop mine Phone calls won't work with this new bunch of bast--derds they have working there now
