Cancelled my coffee order but Genvalia continued to ship coffee and bill me for the shipping charges after returning. I called customer service to work out, only to have my bill sent to credit agency. $5.95

When I called to inquire they told me they could not do anything and would have to check back in 4-5 days after they ssend message to creditor. They would not let me talk to a supervisor or give me a number to the credit agency. Stay away from the company. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. 129a29a
