Cannot get thru to these people to cancel membership/auto shipments. Don't seem the most intelligent people when contacting by phone; obviously don't read their e-mails either. Do Not Recommend purchasing this stuff! Coffee ok but not worth what Gevalia thinks it's worth! Very dissatisfied former customer - providing that I can finally get them to quit shipping!

Keep telling them via e-mail and they apparently don't or can't read. Called mutiple times and got hold of "Miriam" today and she says she'll stop the shipments. Please help me by not buying gevalia.
