Gevalia has absolutely horrible service. Originally I was a member and tried to delay shipments. They kept sending shipments and saying "oh, well would you just pay for shipping". They kept promising they would fix their system. After speaking with customer service 5 times with no clue what they were doing, I canceled".
Now my wife signed up since our coffee maker broke/. they're already screwing with us!. We tried to call customer service to make a small change to the order we placed 2 seconds earlier and were told "oh, there's no way to change an order'. You signed up you're stuck with this":. So I told them I was just going to tell my credit card not to pay it'. Their customer service is always rude to boot!. Should have learned my lesson, I know|.
They are a scam and a joke. I have never dealt with ANY company who has worse customer service. I am going to make it my life's work to ruin this company. How can a company inspire such hatred? 129a38a
