I have been a customer of Gevalia for years with no problems. They apparently got a new customer service team and they are HORRIBLE. I have never had so many problem trying to manage my account, change an order, get a straight answer.... or even find someone who cares!!! My online account was no longer available to change after the "improved" upgrade and I wait forever to get someone on the phone. I have even talked to supervisors who have assured me that they would take care of my problems. A bunch of lip service. I called them and told them I wanted to cancel and they didn't even care or try to win me back!!! Good bye, Gevalia, good-bye. 129a3c1

:( Within a few months, two times i was told that I have an overdue shipping charge of $5+. This is for coffee that I did not order and was sent back withou having opened the package. A phone call both times I was told the receiving department should not have charged it and it will becorrected. 

Jan 17 I got a third call and as I tried to explain the situation, the operator hung up on me.

Wow! Just got off the phone and cancelled my account after years of being with Gevalia. I've been trying to get an order since October and one problem after another. Still haven't received a thing. I'm DONE! I love the coffee and I guess I will just have to find another love. Can't stand anymore problems.
