Placed order it was wrong, attempted to correct could not get anyone who

understood english, said they were in Philipines and I had to wait until

Order was on account, but they could not find account.

Then told me to deny package, I asked if I would be billed, they said only 5.00

I said no for wrong order I would not pay.

Tried to cancel for 3 days, each day different answer different operator who could not understand english other then their script.

Now 5 days later after they told me to contact bank and refuse the order then they could not send.

No one can respond to US local office for support. Bad business, plus charged me for additional items and cost very different then original offer. 129a2db
