They mailed my product to the wrong address. They mailed product that I didn't want. They charged my account, but then removed it. I closed account in early January. I'm still getting emails from Gevalia Perks even though I've tried to get the company to stop -- 4 emails and no results. Worst online service ever!!! The product is not worth all this hassle. I'm trying to find out the manager's name so that I can let them know how horrible their customer service is in responding to its customer's requests. I keep getting the run around. 129a3fe

After I cancelled my service Gevalia send me a package that I promptly returned. Two months later I received an invoice for $5.95 that was 60 day's delinquent. Two calls and thirty minutes later my problem was not resolved. The company representative spoke with a very difficult to understand dialect and clearly read off of a bullet point sheet.

Gevalia is nothing but a harrassment company. They mailed me an unordered package and it arrived wet. I returned it and they are still harrassing me after almost one year. BEWARE---BEWARE--BEWARE
