TWO MONTHS LATER: Although I canceled my Gevalia account, and had customer service advise me by phone that my account was indeed canceled, I continued to receive shipments of coffee. Finally I canceled my credit card and replaced it with a new number, so Gevalia had no way to get payment from me. Now they no longer ship coffee, but I get regular emails from them notifying me that they need my credit card number updated so they can process my shipments. My repeated contacts with customer service has not stopped this.

There is something seriously wrong with Gevalia. Years ago I had good service from them; I had subscribed and canceled with no problems. In the past few years it appears they have fallen into chaos. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing any mail order coffee from Gevalia. The reports on this site that suggest criminal activity is taking place (stolen credit card info) is beyond troubling, but, after my experience, not surprising.

I have been a customer with Gevalia on and off over the past 10 years. Three months ago I canceled my subscription with them". They have sent me two packages of coffee since, and billed me/. I contacted their customer service office, and the person I spoke to informed me my subscription was canceled!. She apologized for the shipments and said she would send me a mailing label (via email) so I could return the products'.

I never received the mailing labels:.

Since I was assured my subscription was canceled I decided not to complain about the missing labels and to just keep the coffee since I had already paid for it,.

Guess what? Today I received a notice that they are sending me another package! I have been billed again!

No wonder there are so many complaints about this.. If you get an offer from Gevalia RUN! Throw it away! Don't get involved.. Apparently there is no way to unsubscribe from their expensive subscriptions. 129a439

How do we get this crap back to them when we never even ordered the stuff they send. What is wrong with these people?
