Well I started with them 9-09 and did the seasonal coffee.My first shipment was pumpkin spice and it tasted like crap,I called them they refunded the money and I had to pay for shipping which I did,they said the next shipment would be sent out that week.I didnt want them to have my credit card yet until we recieved the next shipment. Well its been a month and I've been trying to recieve coffee to see if they where worth buying from. Every time I call its a different tune with them one day it will be will send it out friday.The next week they would say nothing is going to be shipped until you give us your credit card number...If you are even thinking about doing this coffee company I would highly suggest you say clear of this one...They lie have poor service and act like there higher than thou.They are a waste of time and money plus false advvertisement.I just canceled my account today and now I'm letting everyone know. 129a668
