I have cancel my membership the agent( male) was not very helpful and rude. I was just asking for the $5.95
shipping fee for the
coffee that I returned that I did not order. I enjoyed the
Gevalia very much but for simple reason that make me mad was the person that was handling was very rude and told me that I should cancel my account before I got the shipment. I called already before and talked to a lady that was very nice and helpful and she explain evrything which it`s fine with me and my next sjipment is on April which I agree.please have some of the employee have the training how to be nice to the customer because that`s their pay check. 129a6f1
