I received a coffee maker, some mugs and a ton of coffee in the mail that I definitely didn't order. I don't like coffee. But some how it was charged to my debit card. I called back and they said they'd refund the money and I didn't even have to sent the package back! This sounds fishy, I really don't think they're just being nice. I will deffinitely be watching my bank statements for other unauthorized charges for them. The lady didn't question me at all. All I said was I didn't order it and she was like ok we'll give the money back. WHAT? Any legitimate company would have told me to report an unauthorized use to the card company and have them contact Gevalia. 129a721

The other weird thing is that it wasn't done in my name...it was sent to a Christopher Wiley. I think this is way suspicious |

But the transaction went through anyway, and now I have a product I don't need, nor ever researched, and I'm out over $120.. Close 'em down, I say!!!! |

I called Gevalia immediately. I confirmed my name, address, and other typical contact info to confirm my identity. I asked what credit card is being billed... the last 4 digits of the credit card they had on file didn't even match any credit card I had ever had! I too was told I did not have to return the merchandise. Something doesn't seem right. I'm still trying to figure out what to do about this. |
