I suspended shipments temporarily back in December 2010 via the website, and now cannot get them to resume at the website which forced me to contact the call center. Also, when I politely asked to speak to an American representative, I was told they have none and they cannot transfer calls. I think American companies using foreign services are required to make an American available when asked. So how come Gevelia isn't doing this? 129a7d0

You're right, the website fails to function in some of the most basic respects. I'm also a long term customer about to can my orders. If you are considering joing Gevalia, think it over, really think it over. You may purchase cheaper higher quality coffee at Trader Joes! |
