I found charges on my credit card that I did not authorize. I had been sent a card asking if I would like to try some "Special Edition" coffee's, requesting if I did not want them, to send card back in. (I feel it should be the other way around, if I do want them, then send in the card, otherwise ignore it completely), but I did send the card back in, and right away, because there was a ten day turnaround limit. My bill for Gevalia was always $28.55, for shipments every 8 weeks, and then I found over a $100 taken off my bank statement. It took over 5 calls, and speaking to numerous "customer service reps" (who could not understand me, and I could not understand them either) and talking to a "manager" to get the money back on my account, though I was charged with shipping nonetheless. I, too, dropped my membership after being a member for over 8 years. What gives Gevalia? We have so many people out of work in this country, and you send out your customer service to some foreign place, and we get poor service in the end...and you loose valuable customers...Does this make sense? I never had any problem with the company until this year, and I am sorry to say I will miss my coffee, because I really did enjoy the various flavors. I think we should all boycott companies that use overseas reps instead of hiring right here in the U.S. and maybe companies will open their eyes, and get with the program. Now I have to find coffee somewhere else, that I like as much...any suggestions? 129aade

I noticed the change too after several automatic shipments I had not authorized, then my online account went to requiring capitals for username and now has forgotten my password. Calling their customer service I am on hold for so long I give up, something has happened, their on-hold message states that they have moved to a domestic call center. Well I would prefer Sweden but wouldnt we all but I would take India if they actually got to me! Been a member for 20 years. Shame.

Comments on what happened Gevalia? Customer Service sucks!
