Terrible customer service. Can not cancel subscription online, on hold for an hour, was then told they could not take my call (this happened lots of times over a several weeks. Email them, they write back how can I help you, I replied nothing back, no cancelled subscription. Worst company ever..

After having been a monthly customer for over 22 years, Gevalia must have sold out to Kraft Foods. Well, they obviously have nothing but contempt for the old loyal customers of Gavalia. Try to reach them by telephone, call back per their request. or try to get an answer via e mail. Not even a f**k you. Been trying this for 6 weeks now. Gave up.

I've been a loyal customer of Gevalia for almost 30 years now. I have no coffee I've been on home delivery for almost 30 years now. Now all of a sudden they've gone retail the home delivery customers just get left out in the cold. I would very much like to know when I might possibly receive another delivery

It took three calls just to be placed on hold for over 40 minutes just to be disconnected. Called again and put myself on the call back line just to be called back by their automated system and told to contact them on line. Whenever I called no live Customer Service was ever available.
