I've been a loyal customer of Gevalia for almost 30 years now. I have no coffee I've been on home delivery for almost 30 years now. Now all of a sudden they've gone retail the home delivery customers just get left out in the cold. I would very much like to know when I might possibly receive another delivery

It took three calls just to be placed on hold for over 40 minutes just to be disconnected. Called again and put myself on the call back line just to be called back by their automated system and told to contact them on line. Whenever I called no live Customer Service was ever available.

These twits sent me debt collection *** after I cancelled twice. Quite frankly their coffee sucks. Starbucks is 500% better. The collecting agency has not responded to my asking for verification and I might sue for harassment and anything else my lawyer deems applicable. I will be sending them notice next .
