Gevalia - Unable to cancel subscription...

Terrible customer service. Can not cancel subscription online, on hold for an hour, was then told they could not take my call (this happened lots of times over a several weeks. Email them, they write back how can I help you, I replied nothing back, no cancelled subscription. Worst company ever..

Gevalia - Bigger is not better.

After having been a monthly customer for over 22 years, Gevalia must have sold out to Kraft Foods. Well, they obviously have nothing but contempt for the old loyal customers of Gavalia. Try to reach them by telephone, call back per their request. or try to get an answer via e mail. Not even a f**k you. Been trying this for 6 weeks now. Gave up.
