Gevalia - Lost shipment of coffee

I have called 3 times because I didn’t get my shipment in June and no one ever called or emailed me. It was going to Tier 2, I guess no one works there because now it was sent to collections and I am pissed! No supervisor to talk to or anyone how cares to fix my problem!! Never again will I buy anything from you!
