Gevalia - Pissed about my deliveries

I've been a loyal customer of Gevalia for almost 30 years now. I have no coffee I've been on home delivery for almost 30 years now. Now all of a sudden they've gone retail the home delivery customers just get left out in the cold. I would very much like to know when I might possibly receive another delivery

Gevalia - No live Customer Service available

It took three calls just to be placed on hold for over 40 minutes just to be disconnected. Called again and put myself on the call back line just to be called back by their automated system and told to contact them on line. Whenever I called no live Customer Service was ever available.

You should never pay to have something go away if you know you don't owe the money. As for harming your credit score, I doubt it, as Gevalia shouldn't have your SSN, etc. but ...
